Will my arm hair grow back thicker or darker if I wax it off?

My arm/hand hair is pretty light but a little thick and there's kind of a lot of it so I've been thinking of waxing it off. I've looked around on Yahoo Answers already so I wouldn't have to be another person to ask this again but I saw mixed answers and I'm not sure what to think. Will arm come back lighter and thinner or darker and thicker when waxed? And how long does it take to grow back?

Or is there anything you can use that will thin arm hair?

Btw, one of the main reasons I want to do it is because I've been wanting to get into doing henna on my arms and I think that having too much hair's going to make it harder to do a design right.

Hair does not grow back thicker or longer when it is waxed, shaved, trimmed, anything like that. If that were the case, then a lot more people would look like gorillas by now. Shaving would also become the cure for baldness, too.

In some cases there is the illusion that hair grows back thicker or faster when removed, but that happens more during puberty when you have immature hair being replaced by thicker or longer hair as the hair follicles are maturing.

Despite what people say about shaving, the idea that hair grows back thicker is not a possibility with any form of hair removal -- period.

The hair matrix is embedded deep within the hair follicle. You would have to get pretty deep into your skin to affect hair growth, and if you're going that deep, you won't have to worry about hair growth because it doesn't grow on scar tissue.

Lose that Jiggly Arm Fat Fast!

Nothing is more annoying than attempting to get rid of that underarm jiggle that continues to wave long after you have stopped! This is a difficulty for ladies much more frequently than men and has a tendency to worsen as you get older. You'll need to do these exercises constantly, a number of times per week. Additionally, you'll need to cut back the amount of calories you are consuming so that your new exercise routine will not go towards burning the calories you are consuming now rather than burning the fat you already have stored in your body. Cut out the preprocessed food and those with plenty of fat. Replace oily burgers with a salad and snack on nuts rather than chips. Some straightforward changes will help you lose arm fat much quicker than you imagined. The excellent news is that arms are one of the first places to show weight reduction, so when you start a good, healthy plan, you should expect to lose arm fat comparatively fast. Tone the Triceps - the second part of the plan to lose arm fat involves improving the muscle that lies under the skin. The tricep isn't engaged in numerous activities and you have to pay special attention to firming it to shed the jiggle and to fill out the skin to give your arm a smoother appearance.

Tricep Kick-Back : Hold a weight in one hand. Bend at the waist till you are parallel with the floor. Bend elbow of arm with weight to bring the weight to your waist. Slowly reach the weight back, straightening the arm as you go, then return to waist. Repeat 8 times per set on each side. Doo both arms.

Overhead Tricep Stretch : Stand with feet a little apart. Holding a weight dumbbell with both hands, raise till your arms are straight overhead. Holding your elbows close to your head, bend elbows and slowly bring the weight down behind your head. Repeat as many times as you can while holding arms nicely in position. Don't let elbows revolve outward.

With some work, you can feel sexy wearing sleeveless garments again. Measure your arm before you start, and you'll be able to tell when you start to lose arm fat - noting even 1/4" at a time will keep you inspired. Remember, the earlier you start, the quicker you'll  get the results you want!
