How can I get a Dodge dealer to satisfy my dissatisfaction with a new car that I purchased in May?

Part of the agreement was to add an in-dash GPS . The system was installed but, other features that I paid for were removed such as, 6 disc cd/dvd player, hands free phone, satelite radio. How can I get what I paid for?

Since you've obviously tried the dealer, go over his/her head to the regional director. It should be listed in the back of your owner's manual. Also contact your state's attorney general's office, local television and newspaper media. If they're put in the spotlight, they'll bend over backwards to give you satisfaction.
