2008 Acura RDX with tech package and 15k a year for 3 years.

2008 Murano with the same specs.

I have great credit so that won't be an issue either.

Looking to not get nailed for a lease on either of these cars with just taxes, title, license, first payment.

2009 Nissan Murano special lease is 39 months 12k year 339 with 2999 down. Normally is about $8 more per month to move up to 15 k. S model AWD with convience package, tech package with bluetooth and such gonna run you a bit more. 2007 same way would be $ 32 less, but little more if tech package desired. No 2008 model. 2009's will be new a year from now as they just came out. New body style and over 60 improvements from 1st generation model, and 70% of them will be AWD models. LE is strictly AWD ( high end model. Will be less wiggle room as they lowered the MSRP $1500 from the 1st generation models.
