Astral Books

Honestly, I'm not impressed with most books on Astral Projection or Out of Body experiences. There is one book in this list that WILL get you the results you want, and will be incredibly useful for anything you pursue - spiritual growth, magick, energy raising, healing, psychic abilities, what-have-you. That book is Astral Dynamics. The other books I have included are the only other few that I feel are phenomenal books on the subject matter.

There's now way I can possibly sum up the value of this book in words. If you are interested in developing yourself spiritually in ANY way, whether via astral projection, psychic ability, intuition, healing work, magick, and indeed ANY use of energy, you MUST READ THIS BOOK! I'm serious, if I could afford to buy a copy of this book for every person on the planet, I would. This is the single most valuable book I have ever read, EVER!
Mastering Astral Projection is the follow up companion to Astral Dynamics. This time it is co-written with a fellow who put together a 90-day program that practically guarantees success with astral projection. This is a great companion and a great program, and anyone who loved Astral Dynamics should probably look into this. It includes a CD full of brainwave software to assist in your nightly exercises. Very cool stuff!
This is perhaps the most classic book on out of body experiences. I spent a week at the Monroe Institute in Virginia, and it is a wonderful place. This book is classic, but not necessarily entertaining. The follow-up two in the series, however, are two of the most enjoyable books I've ever read, and re-read, and re-read, and...
Far Journeys - This could be considered part one of two in an amazing, exciting story based on Robert Monroe's out-of-body experiences. This book and Ultimate Journeys are so cool that if I was stuck in a tiny room for all eternity with the ability to only bring 5 things, these two books would be two of those five things. Lots of a-ha! moments.
The Ultimate Journey - In the second part of this two-book story, Robert Monroe blasts ahead into his understanding of the nonphysical realms, until he "wakes up" in a reality even further outside of our reality system. This book gives me chills every time, and even as I write this right now, I have goosebumps. The perfect conclusion to Far Journeys!
