The most common questions I get regarding the Law of Attraction fall somewhere in this group:
Why doesn’t it work for me?
Why doesn’t it work faster?
How do I get exactly what I want?
Why is visualizing so hard for me?
What can I do to make this work better?
The answer to all of these questions is both simple and complex. However, I’ve taken to creating a system, requiring no more than 5 minutes of practice each day, to allow you to overcome these problems and start manifesting your desires more easily and more quickly.
See, it occurred to me that the root of these problems were deep-seated thought patterns. What’s worse, these thought patterns have been conditioned into each of us from a very early age. Luckily, it’s not difficult to break free and start to experience more clarity and peace in our lives.
And in what way do these patterns manifest to us? In our constant mental chatter.
Our brains are going all the time. Yap yap yap, blah blah blah. Ever lie awake at night, watching the hours roll by, and wishing you could sleep but for the constant racing of your own mind?
And every single day we’re prone to that same constant chatter. We think, re-think, and second guess ourselves. Little voices chime in with values that may or may not mirror our own. Some of these voices tell us we’re not good enough. Some are utterly useless and annoying. Yet others race over our ideas in a never-ending, circular path that can drive us quite crazy at times.
But that chatter can be controlled, and even ended. And as difficult as it might seem (go ahead, stop your mental self-talk right now… no, try again… again… seems hard?) it’s actually not. Stop the mental chatter, learn to sharpen your focus, and get rid of obstructions, such as your own beliefs about your abilities to visualize (or your inability to).
Enough BS, it’s time for solutions. Did you know that within meditation lies the answers to all of these problems? I’m not talking about the kind of meditation that has you sitting on a rock in a forest in the lotus position for hours on end. I’m talking about basic, relaxed states of mind combined with the power of a focused mind. These states are not difficult to attain. Focus is not difficult to learn. Awareness is not difficult to train.
And yet, we’ve been alive for decades without learning to do these things. Time to fix that. Five minutes a day. Five. That’s all you need.
